This hands-on program is designed to develop passionate and hardworking future leaders in agriculture. During the first year, interns rotate through all five divisions of Keystone—Grain, Agronomy, Energy, Swine & Animal Nutrition, and Corporate. In the second year, they transition into a full-time apprenticeship. Throughout the program, participants are full-time employees with benefits, educational opportunities, and valuable connections to industry leaders.
We’re proud of Michael and excited to see the impact he’ll make in this next chapter of his journey!
