🍎 Recognize a Teacher Who Has Made a Difference!

Here is a great opportunity to recognize a teacher who has made a positive impact on your life! The local Knights of Pythias is sponsoring a special teacher recognition award.

Students are invited to write a short essay about a teacher who has positively impacted their life and submit it either by mail or email to the address listed on the attached graphic.  The essay deadline is October 1, 2026.

After the deadline, essays will be reviewed, and winning entries will be selected.  The winning students and teachers will be notified by email and invited to attend an awards presentation.

A donation breakfast benefiting the Lodge will also be held that morning.  During the awards presentation, the winning students will have the opportunity to read their essays to the teachers they nominated.
